Signed up for some still-painting lessons with Graeme Drendel, and the first session was today!  Enjoyed it a lot! It was awesome because he was talking through how he starts and ends his painting sessions (just 2 hours per painting!), his style and his inspirations, the tools of his craft, the tips on how he draws from live objects, and how he has to take photos of our works to show to his wife! We had an hour to apply his lessons afterwards–mine is still unfinished–chose a telephone.
